    Pan roasted duck breast served with wild rice, green beans, and mushrooms, topped with a marsala sauce
  • Duck Breast L’Orange
    A succulent half of duck, slow roasted in a orange rind cognac jus, and glazed
    in a classic L’Orange sauce, with a sesame orange arugula salad
